    This is separate from the 1,000 free service conversations. That monthly allowance is per WhatsApp API number and is explained on the pricing page. Advertising costs are paid to Meta and are not part of our plans.

    Is the 72-hour benefit the same as the 1,000 free conversations?
    No. The 72-hour window is Meta's treatment for eligible messages after an ad click. The 1,000 free service conversations are a separate monthly allowance per number under our offering.
    Who pays for the ads?
    You do, directly to Meta. Advertising costs are not included in any Chatomatic plan.
    Is every message after an ad free?
    No. Only eligible service messages inside the applicable window receive Meta's free treatment, subject to Meta's policies.
