Pricing and charges
What do I pay Chatomatic?
Only the platform plan: ₹5,999 to ₹11,999 per year + GST, or ₹9,999 to ₹12,999 one time + GST for lifetime plans. Add-ons are listed separately.
Is ₹0.13 your fee?
No. ₹0.13 is Meta's charge for an eligible Utility-category message. It is paid from your wallet. It does not apply to every WhatsApp message, and Meta decides how messages are classified.
What are the 1,000 free service conversations?
The first 1,000 eligible service conversations per WhatsApp API number each month are free under our offering. It is per number, not per user or team member. After that, applicable service conversation charges apply.
How is the 72-hour Click-to-WhatsApp Ads benefit different?
It is Meta's free messaging treatment for eligible service messages sent within the applicable window after a customer starts a chat from your ad. Meta's policies apply. It is separate from the 1,000 monthly free conversations.
Does the AI chatbot cost extra?
Unlimited chatbots are included in every plan. A separate AI Agent add-on is planned and its price will be announced later.
Coexistence and team access
What is WhatsApp Business App coexistence?
Eligible businesses can connect their existing WhatsApp Business App number to the WhatsApp Business Platform through supported coexistence, and keep using the app. Eligibility depends on Meta's requirements.
What is the five staff limit?
It applies specifically to the WhatsApp Business App. It is not a limit of our platform. Our unified dashboard is accessed individually by the owner and authorised team members.
Is there a dedicated inbox app?
Yes. A dedicated app gives access to the unified inbox.
Offers and future tools
What is the ₹200 customer wallet credit?
A conversation wallet credit for a new customer's first eligible plan purchase. It is wallet credit, not cash and not a refund.
What is the ₹200 referral reward?
If you refer a client who becomes a qualifying customer and the referral is verified, ₹200 of conversation wallet credit is added to your wallet. It is not cash.
Which future tools come without an additional subscription fee?
Eligible customers are intended to get qualifying future tools, such as the AI Local SEO Agent and Social Scheduler, without an additional subscription fee. Both are coming soon. This never covers Meta or WhatsApp charges, third-party charges, advertising costs or paid add-ons.

How long does setup take?
Our team completes setup in 2 to 3 days after the onboarding fee. You get access to every channel for 7 days.
What is the onboarding fee?
₹1,999. It is adjusted against your final plan payment. Partner led verification is an extra ₹2,499 one time if you need it.
